Vilders Gallery range is extensive and is constantly being added to. The items online do not cover the entire range so don’t hesitate to call us and further information will be sent to you.
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Because we are based in New Zealand and have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed, the price advertised might not be the exactly same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and stock movement not all items are always available. Vilders Gallery endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable or an option to choose an alternative.
Deivery and Returns
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you provide the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We use a road based courier company that will deliver to most metropolitan areas in 1 – 4 days. Orders sent via courier service can only be delivered to physical address. For Post office box deliveries we will use NZ Post services, this service may cost extra. All shipments are insured, however condition of items should be inspected for damage prior to signing for receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Vilders Gallery if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion after initial enquiry with delivery service. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
New Zealand Courier delivery (listed as shipping in the shopping cart) to physical addresses within New Zealand is free regardless of their size or destination. Orders will be dispatched within five business days and delivery is usually made within eight business days. This is dependent on whether the item is available or needs to be made.
Vilders Gallery also package and post internationally. The charges are $40.00 to Australia and $50.00 to the rest of the world.
Refunds and exchanges
Vilders Gallery has a exchange policy which is that, if you are not happy with your purchase, Vilders Gallery will exchange your product with another product of your choice. The customer will always have to pay the freight and the price difference if the product purchase is greater than the amount in the first instance or purchase.
Goods sold in person may be returned within 30 days. If an item is deemed to be faulty, VIlders Gallery will rectify the problem or offer an exchange or a refund. This is the only time refunds will be offered, or where we are obligated to refund under the consumers Guarantee Act 1993.
Vilders Gallery are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Credit Card Purchasing
Purchasing online with your credit card is a very convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and the purchase will be billed to your account. - We accept all major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard, Diners and American Express card. - The online payment system is completely secure - all of your credit card details are encrypted.
Vilders Gallery offer gift vouchers in all denominations – these can be purchased in person. If you have received a Vilders Gallery Gift Voucher you can redeem it by buying anything but this transaction can not be processed online. Please contact Vilders Gallery for redemption. Gift Vouchers are posted free of charge in New Zealand and internationally.
Vilders Gallery offer complimentary gift wrapping with all order.
At the end of the online transaction you will be presented with a receipt number. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has been finalised.
